The beast with 40 eyes...

Looking into the mountains where we shall find...
the Beasts' lair (not to mention bears and cougars)

Small, infant gorge beasts are grown in these mountains. I had always wondered where the elusive gorge beast came from. I've heard the stories. I've witnessed the attacks. Some call them beatdowns or thrashings. A good ragdolling, perhaps. Be warned, this is a serious situation. These are attacks. Gorge beasts live off the adrenaline soaked froth at the bottom of waterfalls and holes around the globe. Here, however...  in the dank, mossy green darkness of the PNW, rivers are  teeming with them.

I never knew of such a place, until recently. A gorge beast breeding ground. These Matrix-like breeding grounds can finally be brought to an end. Without gorge beasts Class V doesn't have to be scary anymore. Class VI doesn't have to be class VI anymore. Those funny spots won't be so funny anymore. Some feel we're too far gone and there are simply too many at this point. I think it still can be done. I could be rambling... but I'm a little crazed by the thought of this beast wilderness. Gorge beasts slumber in their darkened winter caves and undercuts. Snow and ice tuck them into their watery dens. Until spring.   ...then it's go-time bitches.

Be on the lookout for gorge beasts. And more to come from this very special place...
